SIIA-ESI Stockholm Seminar on the future role of International Power in Bosnia, jointly organised with the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Participants represented key international organisations, Foreign Ministries, the Office of the High Representative, UN, NATO and included High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch, UN Special Envoy Carl Bildt, OSCE Head of Mission Robert Barry, US Special Ambassador Richard Sklar and the Governor of the Bosnian Central Bank.
