Dublin – OSCE seminar on communications in post-conflict situations

On 24 October 2012, Senior Analyst Alexandra Stiglmayer spoke at a seminar organised by the OSCE at the Trinity College in Dublin. Titled "Preparing for peace: communications in conflict resolution", the workshop sought to explore the importance of strategic communication in preventing conflict, reaching peace settlements and implementing them. Other speakers included Erwan Fouéré, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian Settlement Process; Dennis Murray, former BBC correspondent for Northern Ireland; and Onnik Krikorian, a journalist and activist working in the Caucasus region.
