ESI's Kristof Bender was invited to a conference on "European Neighbourhoods: demographic and territorial stakes of the Western Balkans" organised by the Collège International des Sciences du Territoire at Université Paris Diderot. Together with Pierre Mirel, Director of DG Enlargement at the European Commission, Kristof spoke on a panel on the actors' visions in Balkan enlargement.
