Berlin – ESI takes part in a conference on democratization in the Western Balkans

ESI senior analyst Adnan Cerimagic took part in a conference titled “Democratization and the Role of Parliaments in the Western Balkans” organised by the Aspen Institute Germany and supported by the German Foreign Office. The conference took place in Berlin from 22 to 24 June 2022. Adnan presented some of ESI‘s research and analysis. He moderated a panel titled “Political Polarization” where input was provided by German member of the parliament Boris Mijatovic (Greens). This conference was attended by EU and Western Balkans diplomats and politicians, as well as members of the civil society.
