Berlin – ESI takes part in a breakfast discussion on Serbian elections

ESI senior analyst Adnan Cerimagic took part in the “Balkan breakfast” on the elections in Serbia. The event was organised by the German Council of Foreign Relations (DGAP) and it took place online. It brought together policy makers and think tanks from Berlin and Serbia.
