ESI's Gerald Knaus spoke at a policy briefing at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organised by Stiftung Mercator. The meeting was chaired by the head of the ministry's policy planning unit, Thomas Bagger. Gerald presented ESI's policy proposal: The Merkel Plan – A proposal for the Syrian refugee crisis.
