Boston – ESI presentation about migration at Boston University

ESI’s Kristof Bender was invited to give a presentation about “The refugee crisis, the EU and the Balkans” to students at Boston University’s Pardee School of Global Studies. Kristof talked - via zoom - about the mismatch between EU law and actual practice at the EU’s external borders and presented ESI’s ideas how to get to a humane asylum policy, respecting international and EU law. The presentation was followed by a discussion with Professor Vesko Garcevic and his students.
