ESI in Oslo and Prague: The new security landscape in the South Caucasus

ESI analyst Nigar Goksel travelled to Oslo and Prague speaking about Turkey and the South Caucasus. In Oslo, she spoke about Turkey-Armenia relations at a seminar organized by Eurasia Partnership Foundation and NUPI (Norwegian Institute of International Affairs) on 11 November. The event was titled "Dynamics of Change in the South Caucasus: Armenia and Azerbaijan."

In Prague, she spoke on the panel "After the August War: New Security Landscape in the South Caucasus", covering new initiatives from Turkey. The conference was organized by the Association for International Affairs on 13-14 November and titled "South Caucasus in 2008 and Beyond: Frozen Conflicts or Frozen Peace?"
