ESI's Gerald Knaus gave a presentation on the political situation in the Western Balkans to military officers and government officials, briefing them on current issues in the region and reporting on his experience of political and military intervention in the field.

The lecture was followed by a panel discussion together with Marilena Koppa from Panteion University of Athens.
