ESI's deputy chairman Kristof Bender attended the Balkan Integration Forum 2015 "Western Balkans Facing the Future" in Budva, Montenegro, organised for the third time by the European Movement in Montenegro and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. On the panel on EU integration Kristof spoke about the new Progress Reports (published by the European Commission on 10 November). Kristof also chaired a panel on Europe's security order in the face of the refugee crisis and terrorist threats.
