ESI conducts capacity building seminar in Montenegro

On 19 and 20 January 2008 ESI senior analyst Kristof Bender conducted a capacity building seminar in Podgorica (Montenegro) organised by Institute Alternativa, a new Montenegrin think tank established to conduct field-based policy research. Kristof introduced 14 participants carefully selected by Institute Alternativa to ESI research methodologies and advocacy techniques. He also assisted the group in developing possible research topics in Montenegro. The event was financed by the Montenegro office of the Foundation Open Society Institute.
