ESI in Brussels - Gerald Knaus presents ESI's Montenegro research

Gerald Knaus is invited to present ESI's Montenegro research at an expert meeting on the Future of Montenegro hosted by the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels. Participants include members of the External Relations Directorate-General of the European Commission, representatives of the International Crisis Group and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung as well as of other regional research institutes.
