Bern – ESI briefing on caviar diplomacy for the Swiss delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

ESI's Gerald Knaus gave a briefing to members of the Swiss delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on ESI's findings on institutional capture and corruption in the Council of Europe.

He also had meetings at the ministry of the interior on Swiss experiences with paying legal aid for all asylum seekers, fast procedures, assistance to voluntary returns, and resettlement.
