Nataliya Novakova (former staff)

Nataliya Novakova (Ukraine) joined ESI in June 2015. She received her first masters degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (Kyiv) and has over 6 years of experience working for international NGOs in Ukraine (American Chamber of Commerse, IREX). After the Ukrainian Euromaidan in 2013 Nataliya became involved in the human rights movement being a member of field monitoring missions to Crimea and the zone of armed conflict in Donbass. She has continued to work on human rights as a consultant of Minority Rights Group Europe and a volunteer for International Partnership for Human Rights Field Mission to Ukraine. Currently Nataliya is a master of public policy candidate at CEU School of Public Policy.
