Martin Chatel (France) joined ESI as a junior analyst in November 2009. He holds a Master degree in International Public Management from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris. As part of his studies, he did an internship for the Kosovo Issues unit with DG Enlargement at the European Commission in Brussels. He contributed to several political and technical briefings, as well as to the preparation of the Enlargement's Autumn Package for 2008. After his graduation, he joined the United Nations Development Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina to carry out a two-month research project on Workplace Health and Safety within small and medium-sized enterprises in the Upper Drina region (Republika Srpska).
