On 29 October ESI's Kristof Bender will be discussing analysis and proposals on the future of European integration in the Balkans presented by the "Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group" (BiEPAG), a joint project of the European Fund for the Balkans (EFB) and the Centre for Southeastern European Studies of the University of Graz (CSEES).
