New York – ESI at Foundation for European Progressive Studies in New York: "UNited for a different migration"

ESI's Gerald Knaus took part in the conference "UNited for a different migration" of the Foundation for European Progressive Studies in New York that was co-organised by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, the Foundation Jean Jaurès, the Fondazione Italianieuropei and with the support of a number of national foundations.

On this occasion, Gerald also met with Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Borrell for an informal meeting in Central Park, discussing concrete ideas for the future of Europe and the Mediterranean.

Moreover, Gerald and ESI senior fellow John Dalhuisen met with Human Rights Watch director Kenneth Roth to discuss human rights advocacy, asylum and refugees in Europe and the US.
