Berlin – ESI training Moldovan civil servants

ESI’s Kristof Bender taught two sessions at the executive education course "Strengthening Moldova’s Civil Service Capacity Towards EU Accession”, taking place from 25 to 30 November 2024 at the Hertie School in Berlin.

Kristof’s sessions were about how to communicate content related to the EU accession process. The two dozen participants from various central and local government institutions of Moldova explored how to engage different audiences and how to think strategically about what they want to achieve in different communication situations. Drawing on concrete data and facts, they discussed the challenges of talking and writing about Moldova’s accession process and how to best address them.
