On 3 December 2018 ESI's Kristof Bender participated in a conference on "Serbia-Kosovo relations and the Security in South-Eastern Europe", organised by CPES (Centar za primenjene Evropske studije) and the Centre for interdisciplinary studies of the Balkans (CISBalk) at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Belgrade.

Kristof spoke on the problems and dangers of any solution involving border changes between Serbia and Kosovo, drawing on recent research trips to Gracanica and Mitrovica. This article by KoSSev (in Serbian) reports on the main points Kristof made.
