Berlin – ESI discusses Kosovo-Serbia dialogue with new EU envoy

Adnan Cerimagic, ESI’s senior analyst, participated in the expert group discussion “Prospects for the Next Phase in the Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia”. The event was organised by the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) and brought together policymakers, diplomats, and regional experts to examine how to advance the EU-led dialogue towards a mutually agreed solution.
Adnan contributed to the opening session on the “New phase of the EU-led dialogue process”, chaired by ECFR’s Engjellushe Morina, and in which Peter Sørensen, recently appointed as the new EU special representative for the dialogue, provided introductory remarks. Adnan shared ESI’s insights on how the EU can strengthen its credibility and influence to support normalisation efforts. The event, held under Chatham House Rule, was part of a broader initiative to foster sustainable dialogue among key stakeholders in support of regional stability.
