Prague – ESI at public debate on European refugee crisis

ESI's Kristof Bender participated in a conference on "European asylum policy: Towards a common and sustainable approach" taking place on 18 and 19 October in Prague, organised by European Values think-tank and the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies.

The event started on Tuesday, 18 October, with a public debate on the topic

The European Refugee Crisis: Is the relocation mechanism dead? And what next? 

More than a year after the establishment of the relocation mechanism, the discussion will focus on the evaluation of the solutions for the migration crisis, especially with regards to the EU-Turkey migration agreement and to the huge potential for migration from the European neighbourhood.
